Couple's getaway disappointment

The staff was nice but not very helpful. Our room was clean but had that lingering smell of smoke, which was annoying, especially for a non-smoking hotel.

I mean, it wasn't exactly a bargain compared to what we expected.

Had a lovely family getaway! The staff went above and beyond, especially when we accidentally left a toy behind. Breakfast offered great variety. my kids loved the waffles! Pro tip, try the nearby pizza place for a delicious dinner option.

My family, especially the older ones, struggled with the stairs. Cleanliness was inconsistent. while the public areas looked tidy, the bathrooms showed signs of aging. Overall, it carried the charm of a well-loved older hotel but in need of updates and stricter cleaning protocols.
